OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated November 12, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and subsection 9(2) of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to approve of the Minister of Environment entering into a licence of occupation with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Foods Canada, to locate ambient air quality monitors on the property of the Atlantic Food and Horticulture Research Centre in Kentville, substantially as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 8, 2015.
