OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated July 4, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 1, 2023, to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into a contribution agreement with Infrastructure Canada regarding funding for rehabilitation of the causeway at Graves Island Provincial Park, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
