chapitre F-15.01 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1982, est abrogé et rempla ‐ cé par ce qui suit : 15(3) If the Board is of the opinion that a fisherman has made application in writing for membership in a fishermen’s organization, the fisherman shall be deemed to be a member or member in good standing of that fish ‐ ermen’s organization. 15(3) Le pêcheur qui, selon la Commission, a présenté une demande d’adhésion écrite à une organisation de pê ‐ cheurs est réputé en être membre ou membre en règle.
