CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Municipal Revenue Sharing Act (Assented to May 29, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Municipal Revenue Sharing Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978 (Supp.), c.M-32.1,

section 3.1 amended The following subsection is added after subsection 3.1(2) of The Municipal Revenue Sharing Act: “

(3) Notwithstanding clause 3(2)(b), grants payable pursuant to subsection 3(1) with respect to the 1985-86 fiscal year are to be paid out of the consolidated fund, but, subject to

section 4, the total amount that may be paid in grants is the amount determined by multiplying the total amount available for the payment of grants at the beginning of the 1984-85 fiscal year by 100%”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
