OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated June 25, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation to construct twenty-seven (27) new telecommunications towers in Nova Scotia.
