Order in Council 1696/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Thomas R. Ambeau was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 21, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 71/2021;

And

whereas Thomas R. Ambeau tendered his resignation effective October 26, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 71/2021 be revoked effective October 26, 2021.
