OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 22, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to order that the services of Maxine Smith be continued in the public service for a period commencing March 1, 2003, and ending June 30, 2003, at such remuneration as is determined from time to time by the Governor in Council and to determine that she shall be an employee within the meaning of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
