Order in Council 1674/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , D. Michael Brown, Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective December 17, 2021.
