OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated September 6, 2018, and pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 8(2) of

Chapter 81 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Companies Act , and

Section 5 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Business Electronic Filing Act , is pleased to amend the First

Schedule to the Companies Act (Tables B and C), as altered by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-96 dated March 31, 2015, N.S. Reg. 81/2015, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2019.
