Order in Council 1389/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 77 of the Legislation Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 21,

Schedule F, Order in Council 1031/2020, approved and ordered on July 16, 2020, is hereby revoked

And Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario Food Terminal Act, as amended,

Christy McMullen of Toronto

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Chair of the Ontario Food Terminal Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, from the effective date of this appointment
