OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated October 16, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased to appoint Clinton Wilkins of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing December 5, 2017.
