Order in Council 204/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

Vikram Khurana of Richmond Hill, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 17, 2020.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 59/2020 dated January 17, 2020 be revoked, effective January 17, 2020.
