1 These regulations may be cited as the Trusted-Partner Program Bylaw Regulations .

2 The Municipality must adopt a bylaw under

Section 219B of the Halifax Regional

Municipality Charter by the date identified in the written notice provided to the

Municipality by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
