Order in Council 524/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1), 9(2) and 9(4) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011

Linda Robinson of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, and shall be designated Chair of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.

Orders in Council 436/2016 and 437/2016 hereby revoked effective of the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
