Order in Council 1446/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Dr. Jayantha Chandrasiri Herath be appointed as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
