Order in Council 995/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1433/2014, dated the 19th day of November 2014, Jamieson B. Dyer was appointed as a member of the Township of Admaston/Bromley Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from November 19, 2014;

And

whereas Jamieson B. Dyer has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Township of Admaston/Bromley Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Jamieson B. Dyer is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Admaston/Bromley Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
