Order in Council 1502/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1591/2022, dated December 1, 2022, the Honourable Jack Grossman is appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

And

whereas it is desirable to designate the Honourable Jack Grossman as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Coroners Act, as amended, the Honourable Jack Grossman is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending on November 30, 2025.
