OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated May 14, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to the Crop Insurance Plan for Tree Fruit, N.S. Reg. 121/2003, made by the Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-268 dated June 20, 2003, to clarify provisions respecting coverage for apples in storage in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 9, 2015.
