Order in Council 1699/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta was appointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board, for a period ending September 2, 2018, by Orders in Council 896/2014 and 897/2014, respectively;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta of Hamilton be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending September 2, 2018.

Further, Orders in Council 896/2014 and 897/2014 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
