Order in Council 753/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 711/2021 dated June 3, 2021 established the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act and the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario:

Mark A. Beckles of Brampton

be appointed as member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding nine months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
