Order in Council 1726/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jeanie Theoharis was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1722/2017 dated August 31, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
