Section 6 of

Chapter 201 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1906,

An Act to incorporate the Dominion Steelworkers' Mutual Benefit Society, is pleased to approve the amendments made and approved by the membership of the Dominion Steelworkers' Mutual Benefit Society, at a duly convened special and general meeting on March 28, 2005, to the articles of constitution and by-laws of the Dominion Steelworkers' Mutual Benefit Society, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 10, 2006.
