OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 11, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada respecting the loan of medical equipment from the National Emergency Strategic Stockpile, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
