Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2009,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2008, the Personal Directives Act and
Section 2 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2009,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, do come into force on and not before April 1, 2010.
