Order in Council 1423/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act , 2002 , Order in Council O. C. 1829/2016 dated November 28, 2016 reappointing Kathleen Reid as part-time member and designating her as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
