On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(6) of the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 , Heidi Reinhart of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and designated as vice-chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Heidi Reinhart was appointed as part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of two years, effective October 29, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1456/2020;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1456/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
