Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 4, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey an easement over certain lands containing 1,070.79 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Dartmouth, in Halifax Regional Municipality, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the easement to Halifax Regional Municipality, for the price of $13,013.34; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
