Order in Council 2438/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , Charles Lauer , of Peterborough, be reappointed as a part-time member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective January 5, 2018.
