OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 30, 2011, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Thompson Station, Hansford, and Stanley, in Cumberland County, and at Lynn, in Colchester County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 25086802, 25132143, 25070665, and 20135299 and shaded light grey on the maps marked

Schedule "A",

Schedule "B",

Schedule "C", and

Schedule "D" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Masters Forestry Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $386,110 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Masters Forestry Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
