Section of the Crown Lands and Forests Act,

chapter C‑38.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended L’article de la

a) by repealing the definition “proportional sup- ply” and substituting the following:

b) by adding the following

definitions in alphabet- ical order:

b) par l’adjonction des définitions suivantes selon l’ordre alphabétique : “herbicide” means a chemical agent or other product or substance registered under the Pest Control Products Act (Canada) that is manufactured, represented or used as a means for destroying, preventing, controlling or mit- igating weeds or other plant life; (herbicide) “sustained yield” means a maximum of eighty per cent of the private woodlot annual allowable cut as de- termined by the Minister; (rendement continu) « herbicide » désigne tout agent chimique ou autre produit ou substance homologué sous le régime de la

a) in subparagraph (5)(b)(

i) by striking out “pri- vate woodlots or Producer Associations” and substi- tuting “Forest Products Marketing Boards”;
