Order in Council 358/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Scott was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of five years, effective September 12, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 938/2017;

And

whereas Jennifer Scott tendered her resignation effective August 4, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 938/2017 be revoked effective August 4, 2021.
