Section 1 of the English version of the Family Income Security Act,

chapter 154 of the Revised Stat- utes, 2011, is amended in the definition “person in need” by striking out “himself or herself” and substi- tuting “themselves”. 1(1) L’article 1 de la version anglaise de la

Transitional provisions Dispositions transitoires 5(1) Despite subsection 3(3) of this Act, on the com- mencement of this subsection, if The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick orders a support order under paragraph 21(2)(

j) of the Family Law Act, the Court may order the payment to the Minister of Social Devel- opment, or into court for the Minister of Social Devel- opment, of any amount in reimbursement for assis- tance that has been provided before the commencement of this subsection under the Family Income Security Act, including an amount in reimbursement for assis- tance provided before the date of the order. 5(1) Par dérogation au paragraphe 3(3) de la pré- sente loi, à compter de l’entrée en vigueur du présent paragraphe, la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau- Brunswick qui rend une ordonnance alimentaire en vertu de l’alinéa 21(2)
