OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 15, 2001, pursuant to clause 18(2) of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to determine, on the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, that: (
a) the remuneration of the President and CEO of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation be increased effective February 8, 2001 by 1.9%; and (
b) the President and CEO of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation be provided with merit awards, bonuses, incentives or salary adjustments commensurate with any such compensation adjustments which the Province of Nova Scotia may implement prior to February 8, 2003 with respect to senior civil servants.
