WHEREAS The Northern Affairs Act provides as follows:

WHEREAS The Municipal Act provides as follows:

WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to close a portion of the Government Road Allowance as shown on the Schedule, attached to this by-law, to facilitate the registration of a plan of survey.

ATTENDU QU'il est jugé opportun de fermer la

partie d'emprise gouvernementale indiquée à l'annexe du présent règlement, laquelle

annexe est jointe de manière à faciliter l'enregistrement d'un plan d'arpentage.

NOW THEREFORE the Minister of Northern Affairs enacts as follows:

PAR CONSÉQUENT, le ministre des Affaires du Nord édicte ce qui suit :

Portion of Government Road Allowance closed

1 This by-law closes all that portion of the Government Road Allowance which lies between the East limit of 32-64-26 WPM and the West limit of 33-64-26 WPM shown as Parcel "B" on a plan prepared by Ian Robson Bowman, Manitoba Land Surveyor, and sworn to by him on the 15th day of March 1990 A.D.
