B.C. Reg. 212/2007, deposited June 21, 2007, pursuant to the INSURANCE (VEHICLE) ACT [Section 45]. Order in Council 482/2007, approved and ordered June 21, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 148.2 (2.1) of the Insurance (Vehicle) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 447/83, is amended by striking out "to the head librarian at the library of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal at the Courthouse in Vancouver" and substituting "to the corporation for publication on its website".
