EWASIUK First Reading Second Reading Committee of the Whole Third Reading Royal Assent Title: 1988 (21st, 3rd) Bill 267, Injured Workers' Day Act Bill Mr. Ewasiuk BILL INJURED WORKERS ’ DAY ACT (Assented to , 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: Injured Workers' Day April of each year is declared to be Injured Workers’ Day. Purpose The purpose of Injured Workers’ Day is to encourage among Albertans (

a) remembrance of those Alberta workers who were killed, injured or disabled while on the job, and (
