Statute: Provincial Finance Act Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 22, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 2, 6, 16, 20 and 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 8 and 9, and Sections 59A and 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board's decision to amend the financial assistance to Blue Wave Seafoods Incorporated as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 22, 2005; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
