OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 6, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 11, 2021 approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Tripartite Funding Agreement for April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 with Canada and the Mi'kmaw Legal Support Network to fund the Mi'kmaw Customary Law Program, in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such minor modifications as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
