An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Internal Services Agency Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’Agence des services internes du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the New Brunswick Internal Services Agency Act,

chapter N-6.005 of the Acts of New Bruns- wick, 2010, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following: 1 L’article de la Loi de l’Agence des services internes du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N- 6.005 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2010, est modifié par l’adjonc- tion de ce qui suit après le paragraphe (2) : 5(3) The Agency may collect personal information in connection with the services provided by the Agency un- der a contract, partnership or agreement entered into under subsection (2) or under a contract assumed under that sub- section. 5(3) L’agence peut recueillir des renseignements per- sonnels à l’égard des services qu’elle fournit au

titre des contrats, des partenariats et des ententes conclus ainsi que des obligations contractuelles assumées en vertu du para- graphe (2). 2 This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on January 13, 2014. 2 La présente loi est réputée être entrée en vigueur le janvier 2014. 1
