Order in Council 1365/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Highway Transport Board Act, Gilles Morin, of Orleans, Ontario be designated as part-time Chair of the Ontario Highway Transport Board, on an interim basis, from March 10, 2016 until November 15, 2016.
