OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 23, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective July 24, 2015: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2013-353 dated October 22, 2013; (
b) assign responsibility for the Insurance Premiums Tax Act and the Insurance Act to the Honourable Randy Delorey, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act ; and (
c) direct that for administration purposes, all matters relating to the Insurance Premiums Tax Act and the Insurance Act be attached to the department of Finance and Treasury Board.
