OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated April 2, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act, is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment of a wilderness area to be known as Shelburne River Wilderness Area, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 4, 2009.
