On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.45 Jo-Anne Poirier of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member and designated as chair of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years effective from the date of this appointment.
