Order in Council 1708/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Linda Lennon of Kitchener be reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 10, 2024.
