Chapter 23 of the Acts of 1996, the Court and Administrative Reform Act, is pleased to amend the Ministerial Land Transactions Regulations, N.S. Reg. 75/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-94 dated March 4, 2005, to clarify the authority of Executive Council and to amend the definition of certificate, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 2, 2011.
