B.C. Reg. 216/2007, deposited June 21, 2007, pursuant to the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [Section 71 (2) (m)]. Order in Council 494/2007, approved and ordered June 21, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 B.C. Reg. 320/2005 is repealed, and

2 effective October 5, 2009, the Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, is amended

(

a) in

section 7 by adding "or" at the end of paragraph (b), striking out "or" at the end of paragraph (

c) and repealing paragraph (d), and

(

b) in

section 10 by striking out "or (d)".
