Order in Council 1329/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 655/2019 dated May 2, 2019, Darrell Bricker was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ;

And

whereas Darrell Bricker resigned effective August 28, 2019;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 655/2019 dated May 2, 2019 is revoked effective August 28, 2019.
