Riley of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire June 30, 2008; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Wayne Abram of Truro, Colchester County, while employed with ULNOOWEG Development Group Inc.; Arthena Devoe of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, for a term to expire June 30, 2008; Foncie Farrell of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, for a term to expire June 30, 2008; Christopher Googoo of Truro, Colchester County, while employed with ULNOOWEG Development Group Inc.; Audrey Verna O'Hanley of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire June 30, 2008; and Sybil Smith of New Glasgow, Pictou County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
