On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 27(2) and 27(5) of the Human Rights Code , Patricia DeGuire of Thornhill be appointed as full-time member and designated Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of August 12, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
