OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 25, 2018, is pleased to: (
a) pursuant to clause 65(2)(
a) of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , re-appoint: (
i) Dr. Aileen S. Brunet of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a psychiatrist member of the Review Board for a three (3) year term commencing on June 5, 2018; (ii) Dr. Lorraine Lazier of Falmouth, Hants County, as a psychiatrist member of the Review Board for a three (3) year term commencing on May 8, 2018; and (
b) confirm remuneration will be paid to the members in accordance with rates set in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
